The Heart of Allfresh: Our Family

Allfresh is not just a business; it’s a family. Managing Director Barra Sweetnam and his wife Susan, who manages the accounts department, have made family values the cornerstone of the company’s success. Their children also play vital roles in the business: Ryan, who works as a driver and in sales both in the office and on the road, and Holly, who runs the company’s social media while assisting in the office and helping with deliveries when needed.

The family commitment doesn’t stop there. Barra’s nieces, Hannah and Ellie, are integral parts of the team. Hannah, a graduate of the University of Limerick, is a key member of the sales office, bringing energy and dedication to her role. Ellie joined Allfresh this summer, starting with deliveries and now being trained for office responsibilities. Together, their contributions exemplify how family involvement has been essential to the growth and longevity of the business.

Many other family members have worked in Allfresh over the years, full time and part time.
